Shipping Policy

All items from ZHEA Creations are personalized and made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships, as each piece is custom-created based on the photo(s) you provide.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Malaysia, depending on your location.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship nationwide within Malaysia. If you're located outside Malaysia and would like to place an order, please contact us at thomaszachariageorge@gmail.com to check availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.
